1. Program Overview
The Rugha Content Creator Program is designed for creators, influencers, reviewers, bloggers, photographers, and videographers who create content featuring Rugha products.
Participation does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or agency relationship between the
Creator and Rugha.
2. Eligibility
Applicants should:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Maintain an active social media presence, website, blog, YouTube channel, or similar platform.
- Produce original, high-quality content.
- Demonstrate an audience relevant to Rugha products and brand values.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
3. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Approved creators may receive:
- Complimentary products
- Product discounts
- Affiliate commissions
- Sponsored content opportunities
- Early access to product launches
- Promotional campaigns
Benefits are offered at Rugha’s discretion and may vary by creator.
4. Commission Payments
Creators agree to:
- Produce original content.
- Present honest opinions and experiences.
- Follow applicable advertising disclosure regulations.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication.
Content must not contain: - False or misleading claims
- Offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material
- Copyright infringement
- Content harmful to Rugha’s reputation
5. Content Usage Rights
By participating, creators grant Rugha a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:
- Repost submitted content
- Share content across websites, social media channels, advertisements, email campaigns, and marketing
materials - Edit content for formatting purposes while maintaining the original meaning
Ownership of original content remains with the creator unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Product Provision
Products provided for review or content creation:
- Remain subject to Rugha’s campaign requirements.
- Must not be resold before the agreed campaign obligations are completed.
- Do not guarantee future collaborations.
7. Compensation
Compensation may include:
Free products
- Fixed campaign fees
- Affiliate commissions
- Performance bonuses
Payment terms will be specified separately for each collaboration.
8. Disclosure Requirements
Creators must clearly disclose any material relationship with Rugha, including:
- Free products
- Paid partnerships
- Affiliate links
- Sponsorship arrangements
Disclosures must comply with applicable advertising laws and platform policies.
9. Brand Guidelines
Creators must not:
Alter Rugha logos without permission.
- Represent themselves as employees of Rugha.
- Make unverified technical or performance claims.
- Use Rugha branding in a misleading manner.
10. Termination
Rugha may terminate participation immediately if a creator:
- Violates these Terms.
- Damages Rugha’s reputation.
- Engages in fraudulent or unethical conduct.
- Provides false information during application.
11. Limitation of Liability
Participation is voluntary. Rugha shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from
participation.
