Welcome to the Rugha Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to comply
with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Overview

The Rugha Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by promoting Rugha products through approved marketing channels and referring customers to Rugha’s website.


Participation in the Program is subject to approval by Rugha. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or terminate any application at our sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Own or manage a website, blog, social media account, email newsletter, or online community.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards.

3. Affiliate Links and Tracking

  • Affiliates will receive a unique referral link and/or discount code.
  • Commissions are only earned on successfully tracked purchases made through approved affiliate links
    or codes.
  • Tracking cookies remain active for the period specified on the affiliate dashboard.
  • Rugha is not responsible for commissions lost due to browser settings, ad blockers, cookie deletion,
    incorrect links, or technical issues beyond our control.

4. Commission Payments

Commission rates are determined by Rugha and may vary by product category, promotion, or campaign.

  • Commission details will be displayed within the affiliate platform.
  • Commissions are paid only on completed and verified orders.
  • Orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, or identified as fraudulent will not qualify for
    commission.
  • Rugha reserves the right to adjust or reverse commissions associated with such transactions.
  • Payments will be made according to the payout schedule shown within the affiliate platform.
  • Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Permitted Promotional Methods

Affiliates may promote Rugha through:

  • Websites and blogs
  • Social media platforms
  • YouTube channels
  • Email newsletters (with proper consent)
  • Product reviews
  • Educational and informational content
    All promotions must be truthful and accurately represent Rugha products.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • Misrepresent Rugha products or make false claims.
  • Engage in spam or unsolicited marketing.
  • Use misleading advertisements or deceptive practices.
  • Create websites, social media pages, or advertisements that impersonate Rugha.
  • Bid on Rugha trademarked terms in paid search advertising without written approval.
  • Use coupon or discount codes that have not been officially provided by Rugha.
  • Engage in cookie stuffing, link masking intended to deceive users, or any fraudulent tracking practices.
  • Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful to Rugha’s reputation.

Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Intellectual Property

Rugha grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved logos, banners, product images, and marketing materials solely for participation in the Program.


Affiliates may not modify Rugha trademarks or claim ownership of any Rugha intellectual property.

8. Compliance with Laws

Affiliates must comply with:

  • Consumer protection laws
  • Advertising regulations
  • Privacy laws
  • FTC, ASA, CMA, or equivalent disclosure requirements
    Affiliate relationships must be clearly disclosed whenever products are promoted.

9. Program Modifications

Rugha may update commission structures, program benefits, promotional materials, or these Terms at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such changes.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time.
Upon termination:

  • Affiliate links may be deactivated immediately.
  • Outstanding commissions may be reviewed before payment.
  • Any unpaid commissions associated with violations may be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Rugha shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in
the Program.
